Are you craving wraps? Then you must try these delicious steak and salsa wraps. With only four steps, you only need 15 minutes to make them, and you can even take a shortcut and use a jarred salsa if you can’t be bothered to make your own! It really doesn’t get better than a tasty and filling dinner in such a short amount of time.

Tips & Tricks

If you have stuff you need to get rid of in your fridge, feel free to add it to the wrap. Fish, ham, or roasted veggies would go great with these wraps, or you could also try adding fried halloumi.

If there’s any leftover filling afterward, you can make an easy snack by using steak and salsa as a topping for nachos. You can even make your own nachos by cutting up leftover wraps, adding a bit of oil and salt, and cooking them under a broiler or in an air fryer.

1. Brush the steaks with some oil and then season with some paprika and black pepper. Put this to one side.

2. In the meantime, mix all the salsa ingredients in a bowl and then add some salt for seasoning.

3. Heat a non-stick frying pan until hot, then sear the steaks for one to two minutes on each side, or until cooked. Put this aside for five minutes.

4. Wipe the pan and then toast the wraps for one minute on both sides or warm in the microwave.

5. Slice the steak and then make the wraps with the salsa and guacamole.
